I offer general bookkeeping services, as well as, clean-up for historical and current QBO files and QBO training for you and your staff.

                    General Bookkeeping

I offer bank, credit card, investment and loan reconciliations, as well as, posting of payroll entries, income and expense tracking and financial reports and analysis. This service keeps your books up to date and tax ready.

                        QBO Cleanup

I offer current and historical cleanup of your books.  I take the big picture view and drill down to the minute issues afflicting your business.  I give you a comprehensive game plan for restoring the efficiency and accuracy of your books. 

                        QBO Training

​

I can train you and your staff on basic bookkeeping procedures, QBO file usage and reading & understanding your Financial Statements.

All plans include a 1-hour monthly/quarterly virtual meeting to review financial statements & analysis.  A set-up fee of $299 is applied. This set-up includes QBO set-up. There will be an additional fee from QBO. Price varies depending on subscription level.

     What's included in the QBO set-up?

  • Review of your current accounting system

  • Determine the QBO subscription most compatible with your business

  • Choose the most appropriate start date

  • Establish balances in QBO on your start date, including open AR and AP
